Try and clean the wall as much as possible removing any lost pieces of grout or mortar which might still be attached to the wall.

You can also think about buying a smoothing tool which will help you remove loose pieces of plaster which might still be stuck to the wall once you have cleaned all the wall and removed all of the plaster which might have been attached to your wall tiles you can then think about disposing all of your wall tiles properly using ethical methods
